RON LUONG | Managing Partner
As one-half of the founding partners of the company, Mr. Luong understands the fundamentals of operating a successful event promotional company - from start-up to the growth stages. He has devoted countless hours to the company in order to achieve the goal of reaching out to a diverse group of clienteles that includes upper-level college students & graduates, young business professionals, and mainstream business clients from the metropolitan areas in Northern & Southern California.
Mr. Luong continues to have first hand interactions with the whole business aspect of XO. He handles the day-to-day activities of the company and oversees the hiring of associates, as well as finding talents that has strong influence in the nightlife scene.
Mr. Luong is a graduate of the California State University in Fullerton, an institution renowned for its business program. Mr. Luong received his degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, and has managerial experience in numerous professional environments, including sales and customer service at Fortune 500 firms. With ten years of industry experience under his belt, he always expects high expectations for XO, and continues to stir the company to a bright and successful future.
CAO NGUYEN | Director of Operations, Southern California
Recently making the transition from Marketing Lead, Mr. Nguyen plays a vital role in attracting the 25 and under crowd by recruiting and managing a strong & dedicated team. He recently took on more responsibilities including hiring staff, and in charge of operations ON the night of the events.
Mr. Nguyen recently received his bachelor degree from the California State University of Long Beach and is currently preparing for entrance into law school.
THANH DO | Partner & Technology Lead & Director of Operations, Northern California
Mr. Do was the driving force in leading the company's expansion outside of San Diego. He currently runs the company's operations in Northern California and serves as a Web developer to the company. His savvy technological skills and professional network make him a valuable asset to XO.
TIM NGUYEN | Partner & Executive Advisor
As of one of the founding partners, Mr. Nguyen has deep knowledge of the company's history, and has a major role in the visioning for the company's future. He currently serves as the Executive Advisor to company. In his current role, he finalizes contracts and agreements, financials, and manages the long-term strategies of the firm. A past Managing Partner of XO, he stepped down recently to dedicate more time towards other activities, including taking on a director-level role in a national non-profit organization.
Outside of XO, he has filled various leadership roles in a wide range of industries, including small business ventures and non-profit organizations. He also has been involved in local & state-level politics, and has extensive experience working with small, mid-sized, and large government municipalities.
